SKCONMASS-St Kitts Concrete Masters 

Our company is seeking an experienced Concrete Plant Advisor with over 15 (five) years’ experience to join our team. While this role focuses on Concrete Plant and mix designs, you will also be responsible for scheduling preventative maintenance on plant, trucks and any other systems related to the Concrete Plant.  

Duties and Responsibilities 

• Study and interpret blueprints and measurements 

• Read sketches and specifications 

• Production oversight 

• Staff Management 

• Quality Control 

• Inventory and supply chain management 

• Safety and compliance 

• Logistics and delivery 

• Customer and Supplier relationship 

• Record keeping 

Essential Skills and Qualifications 

• High school diploma or GED certificate (preferred) 

• Valid driver's license (CDL strongly preferred) 

• Mechanical skills 

• Computer skills 

• Math skills 

• Leadership: The ability to lead and motivate plant staff.  

• Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of concrete production processes, equipment operation, and maintenance.  

• Problem-Solving: The skill to troubleshoot production issues and find effective solutions.  

• Communication: Strong communication skills to interact effectively with staff, suppliers, customers, and logistics teams.  

• Organization: The ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and resources efficiently.  

• Hands-on Capability: Often involves direct involvement in daily operations and maintenance tasks.
