We are hiring a self-motivated, disciplined, customer care focused and flexible Assistant to join our team.
Administrative Assistant will support the Property Manager to ensure efficient and effective operations of the properties under management. The role requires strong attention to detail, diligent record keeping, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Property Manager with leasing, support marketing efforts to attract new tenants viewing and marketing properties
- Maintain accurate and complete records of tenant leases, payments, and maintenance requests
- Handle tenant complaints and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner
- Assist the Property Manager with financial stability of the property and ensure timely collection of rent payments
- Schedule maintenance requests, liaising with contractors for repairs and ensuring timely completion of work.
- Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and preparing reports.
- Laison with maintenance team to ensure apartments are ready for incoming tenants and repairs assigned when tenants leave.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent. Some college education preferred.
- Prior experience in administrative support or property management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
- Prior experience in QuickBooks is a must.
