Role Summary
The Head Bartender will lead Blu Martini’s bar operations, ensuring world-class service for our private members and guests. This role combines technical excellence in mixology with leadership responsibilities, setting the tone for the bar team and upholding Blu Martini’s standards of discretion, luxury, and charm.
Key Responsibilities
Bar Operations & Mixology
Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, wines, and spirits according to Blu Martini’s signature standards.
Develop and update the cocktail and beverage menus, incorporating both international trends and local Caribbean flavors.
Oversee inventory, stock levels, and bar supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
Leadership & Training
Supervise, coach, and schedule bartenders and barbacks.
Deliver on-the-job training in mixology, service excellence, and product knowledge.
Lead by example in grooming, professionalism, and service etiquette.
Customer Service Excellence
Ensure every guest receives warm, discreet, and personalized service.
Anticipate member preferences and deliver bespoke beverage experiences.
Handle guest feedback and complaints with professionalism and discretion.
Compliance & Safety
