Royal St Kitts Hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Frigate Bay. With 239 luxury studios and suites each with its own fully stocked and equipped kitchen, it is simply your ‘home away from home’. Due to our expanding growth, we are hiring a Restaurant Supervisor to join our team.
Job Summary: The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure exceptional guest service delivery, and compliance with company standards. This role supports the Restaurant Manager and Food and Beverage Manager in supervising staff, maintaining quality standards and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Supervise restaurant staff during shifts to ensure smooth operations
• Coordinate daily Front of House operations
• Monitor presentation and service standards
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Enforce company policies, procedures and service standards
• Support inventory control and minimize waste
• Prepare reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food, beverage control and sales
• Meet and greet customers, organize table reservations and offer advice about menu and wine choices
• Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
• Check stock levels, order supplies and prepare cash drawers and petty cash.
What you must know:
• High school or equivalent education required
• Atleast 2-3 years of related hospitality experience preferred
• Basic computer skills
