Do you love culture, crafts, and meeting new people?

We are looking for talented students or recent graduates (preferably from the Tourism and Hospitality sector) to join our team as workshop facilitators.

Facilitators will:

. Guide small groups of cruise passengers through palm leaf weaving, shell jewelry making, and bush tea/spice tasting

. Share the rich culture and traditions of St. Kitts

. Ensure a hands-on, engaging, and professional experience for all guests

. This is a part-time, flexible role, ideal for students and graduates seeking practical, hands-on experience in the tourism sector.

Facilitators will be compensated XCD 50 per 1.5-hour workshop, with additional performance bonuses for outstanding engagement. The location is Porte Zante and full training will be provided.
