Job Title: 2 Heavy Equipment Operators/Drivers – Concrete Plant

Job Description 
We are seeking skilled and reliable Heavy Equipment Operators/Drivers to join our concrete plant operations. Successful candidates will be responsible for the operating, and servicing of concrete plant equipment, vehicles, and machinery to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operations. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Equipment Operation: Safely operate heavy equipment (e.g., bulldozers, excavators, loaders, backhoes, forklifts and trucks) to perform tasks such as excavation, material handling, or earthmoving. 

• Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all company, local, safety regulations to prevent accidents. 

• Maintenance: Perform pre- and post-operation inspections (fluids, tires, tracks) and routine maintenance (greasing, cleaning) on equipment. 

• Reporting: Document daily activities, report machine defects, and inform supervisors of maintenance needs. 

• Collaboration: Coordinate with crew members and supervisors to maintain productivity 

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED). 

• Proven experience as a heavy equipment operator (usually 2+ years). 

• Valid operator’s license  

• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.  

Key Skills 

• Proficiency in operating various types of heavy machinery. 

• Technical understanding of equipment mechanics. 

• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions. 

• Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness.
