Are you able to provide high-quality, professional customer service while performing cashiering duties for our clients, business partners, intermediaries, and team members? This role requires the effective execution of tasks under the direction and guidance of your immediate supervisor and other members of the management team.

Minimum Training and Experience:
- Five (5) CXC/GCE O’levels inclusive of English Language Grade I ,II or IIIand Mathematics Grade I, II or III.
- Working experience within a similar role, preferably in a financial institution.
- Computer Literate in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Any equivalent combination of training and experience.
What You’ll be Responsible For:
- Receiving Agent production and updating customer accounts timely, ensuring all payments are applied within the month; re-check for accuracy before processing (ANOUD, IP3 & FIMMAS)
- Receive and process insurance premium payments (cash, checks, bank transfers, POS).
- Writing up daily deposits, balancing cash collected at the end of the day for all Lines of Business (ANOUD, IP3, & FIMMAS)
- Scan and upload all end of day cashier reconciliations along with supporting documentation for all accounting systems.
- Entering of return items such as bounce checks.
- Upload online transfers on the banking platform for approval.
- Process and pay monthly agent/broker commissions accurately and on time.
- Converting Over's to payment on accounts upon rectifying same with Supervisor's approval.
- Issuing and receiving of agents’ receipt books; updating Logbooks and following established procedures.
- Reallocation of funds across same customer policies upon Supervisor's approval
- Assisting Agents with Clients balances whenever necessary.
- Apply payments for customers on payment plan and update the corresponding log on a timely basis.
- Any other Accounting related functions that may arise from time to time or be assigned by superiors.
