Our growing destination management company’s St. Kitts Office is looking to fill the position of: Group Administrative Assistant
What you will need to succeed:
• Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and hotel partners
• High attention to detail when preparing documentation and managing group logistics
• Ability to support events and functions through structured coordination of suppliers and requirements
• Experience with administrative processes, including purchase orders, confirmations, and billing
• Confidence managing supplier bookings, updates, and follow-through to completion
• Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate databases and operational records
• Ability to build and maintain professional working relationships across teams
• Team-oriented approach with the flexibility to support operations as required
• Demonstrates a solutions-oriented mindset and takes ownership of tasks through to completion
• Maintains focus and accuracy in a fast-paced environment while upholding high service standards
