We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong background in managing construction sites, coordinating crews, and ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Location: St. Kitts and Nevis

Job Type: Full-Time

Start Date: As soon as possible

Compensation: Competitive wage based on experience

Key Responsibilities

. Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities

. Lead and manage labor crews, subcontractors, and site operations

. Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and safety standards

. Interpret construction drawings and specifications to guide work

. Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control

. Communicate daily with project managers and site teams

. Maintain site logs, materials tracking, and daily reports

Qualifications

. Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, with at least 2 years in a foreman or supervisory role

. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams

. In-depth knowledge of construction methods, tools, and equipment

. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

. Valid driver’s license; reliable transportation to job sites

. Safety training is an asset
