Position Overview
ESPO Construction Inc. is seeking a reliable, organized, and motivated Driver / General Support team member to assist with daily company operations. This role is an important part of keeping our projects and crews running smoothly both on and off site.
The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting employees, picking up and delivering materials, handling company errands, assisting with logistics, and supporting day-to-day operational needs. A company vehicle will be provided during working hours.
Responsibilities
• Pick up and transport employees to and from job sites
• Pick up, deliver, and organize construction materials and supplies
• Assist with deliveries between suppliers, job sites, and company locations
• Complete banking, purchasing, and general company errands
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of company vehicle
• Assist with loading and unloading materials when required
• Coordinate with site supervisors and office staff regarding schedules and deliveries
• Ensure safe and professional driving practices at all times
• Support other operational or construction-related tasks as required
Requirements
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to lift and move construction materials when needed
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Good communication skills
• Previous construction or delivery experience is considered an asset
• Must be dependable and trustworthy
Working Hours
Typical working hours are Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional overtime or weekend work depending on project requirements.
