We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Corporate Administrator to join our team and play a key role in supporting executive operations and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
In this role, you will be at the core of our corporate services, managing incorporations, post-incorporation services of Nevis entities, supporting clients, and ensuring smooth administrative processes with precision and excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Incorporate Nevis entities and process post-incorporation services.
- Provide timely and professional support to clients.
- Handle key administrative and corporate tasks with accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in a senior corporate role.
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance and administrative best practices.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and administrative systems.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Nevis resident.
