Our Company is looking for a QC/Lab. Specialist with at least four (4) years of relevant experience to join our team. He/She will be responsible for the sampling & testing of Concrete and its raw materials as per governing Standards. He/She will also be responsible for the monitoring of established Concrete Mix Designs used in Concrete production.
Duties and Responsibilities
. Concrete raw material sampling & testing
. Concrete cylinder sampling & testing
. Interpretation of all test results and report any discrepancies
. Concrete Mix Design interpretation
. Laboratory Staff Management
. Safety and Compliance
. Housekeeping
. Record keeping
Essential Skills and Qualifications
. Civil or Chemical Engineering graduate (Bachelors)
. Computer Literate
. Mathematical Skills
. Analytical Skills
· Technical Knowledge
• Leadership: The ability to lead and motivate plant staff.
• Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of concrete production processes, equipment operation, and maintenance.
• Problem-Solving: The skill to troubleshoot production issues and find effective solutions.
