We are seeking a trustworthy, experienced, and highly organised Housekeeper / House Manager to assist with the day-to-day management of a private family home in St Kitts.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining a beautiful home, enjoys working independently, and has a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

- General cleaning and upkeep of the home to a high standard
- Laundry, ironing, and wardrobe care
- Changing bed linens and making beds
- Organising cupboards, closets, and household storage
- Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organisation
- Grocery shopping and monitoring household supplies
- Running household errands as required
- Preparing simple, healthy meals (preferred)
- Coordinating appointments with household service providers when required
- Ensuring the home is consistently clean, organised, and guest-ready
- Assisting with special projects and occasional entertaining

Requirements

- Minimum of three (3) years' housekeeping experience
- Excellent references
- Honest, reliable, and trustworthy
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Good communication skills
- Driver's licence is an asset but not essential
