THE ROLE
This role is responsible for a designated portfolio of Trusts, Companies (LLCs) and Corporations; (IBCs) overseeing all related administrative functions commensurate with TNEV’s role as trustee, registered office, director, manager, protector, secretary and shareholder.
DUTIES (NOT ALL INCLUSIVE)
• Attend to all activities relating to the trust and fiduciary services functions from formation to termination, including the review of records and assisting with reporting obligations related to FATCA/CRS, economic substance, tax returns and other regulatory matters;
• Perform responsibilities in accordance with the organisation’s requirements, policies and applicable laws, including executing, planning and managing work to assist the department;
• Act as principal point of contact for clients, agents and advisors and ensure service is delivered with distinction to achieve high level of client satisfaction
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Degree in a business-related field or extensive experience in the financial services industry
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Financial Services Industry.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of trusts and managed companies and the associated responsibilities and duties thereof.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to handle sensitive documents and keep confidential
• Familiarity with trust accounting/administration systems.
• Organized and able to distil requirements into structured output.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and a team player.
• Proven ability to work effectively with various internal and external constituencies and to independently face off with such groups.
• Highly organized, detail oriented.
• Ability to prioritize, take initiative and bring projects to a conclusion. Ability to effectively use judgment to make decisions and escalate issues when necessary.
• Follow compliance guidelines established to safeguard Trident Trust and clients from potential risk exposure and attend to auditors and follow-up on all queries until the audit is completed
