Located in the heart of Frigate Bay, Royal St. Kitts Hotel offers guests a welcoming home away from home, with studios and suites designed for comfort and convenience. We are looking for a skilled and dependable Activities Coordinator to join our Food and Beverage team.

Royal St. Kitts Hotel is looking for an energetic, creative and guest-focused Activities Coordinator to join our team and create memorable experiences for our guests.

What You’ll Do:

· Plan, coordinate and facilitate engaging activities and experiences for hotel guests.

· Create fun and interactive programs for individuals, couples, families and groups.

· Encourage guest participation and create a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere.

· Coordinate activities, schedules, supplies and equipment.

· Promote hotel activities and communicate schedules clearly to guests.

· Interact with guests throughout activities and provide excellent service.

· Support special events, entertainment and guest experiences.

· Ensure activities are conducted safely and professionally.

· Gather guest feedback and suggest new ideas to enhance the activities programme.

What We’re Looking For:

· Previous experience in guest activities, recreation, entertainment, hospitality or a related field is an asset.

· Energetic, outgoing and approachable personality.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Creative and confident in engaging with different types of guests.

· Strong organisation and time-management skills.

· Comfortable speaking to and facilitating activities for groups.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Reliable, professional and service-oriented.

Physical & Working Requirements

· Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.

· Ability to set up, move and store activity equipment and supplies.

· Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, carrying and moving items as required for activities.

· Ability to participate in and facilitate activities that may involve physical movement.

· Ability to work indoors and outdoors and in varying weather conditions.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining energy, professionalism and a positive attitude.

· Ability to interact comfortably with guests of different ages and backgrounds.

· Ability to safely use and maintain activity equipment and supplies.

· Ability to remain attentive to guest safety and follow established health and safety procedures Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.

Employment Details

Employment type: Full-time

Schedule: Must be available to work weekends and public holidays, as operationally required

Transportation: Transportation is available
