A property management company is seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Technician / Handyman to assist with the general maintenance and upkeep of residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

. Perform general repairs and maintenance of buildings and residential units.

. Carry out basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting work.

. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.

. Respond promptly to maintenance requests.

. Assist with the upkeep of equipment, tools and common areas.

. Maintain accurate records of repairs and completed work using a maintenance system.

. Report major repairs and maintenance concerns to management.

. Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements:

. Minimum of 2 years' experience in general maintenance or a similar role.

. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, carpentry and painting.

. Ability to use a smartphone or computer to update maintenance records.

. Good communication and problem-solving skills.

. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

. Reliable, punctual and professional.

. Valid driver's licence would be an asset.
