Comment: I personally think the Government is trying to implement VAT too quickly. Albeit consultation is taking place, why is the government in such a hurry to enforce VAT? There are more important things that need to be put in place,such as more coast guard ships to patrol our borders, revamping our criminal system, it amazes me to know that we're living in the stone age when it comes to crime in St.Kitts - the days of fingerprinting should be over not when we are so advanced in technology. VAT is fine but I think the Labour Administration to center their focus on crime and implement VAT next year. |
