Article: mic stokes the road march legend now music mentor

Comment: I commend SKNVIBES for highlight the careers of these Legends. It is my hope that one day the Federation will be able to build a museum where locals and visitors alike can see pictures of, read about, and listen to music from then and now. Who knows, may be it will be named the Ellie Matt Center for the Arts; a fitting honor for the King.

Article: maintenance man found dead at rlb int. airport

Comment: I hope the family is amply compensated, and in an expeditious manner. Has the family been compensated as yet for the guy who was killed on the By-Pass road construction? Another guy was killed by an MP family member and has not been compensated as yet.

Article: pm douglas urges pep workers to use skills learnt to better themselves; no one is being sent home

Comment: Sadly, selfishly or maybe it is just a figment of their imagination, but some people think that they are indispensable and only they can do a particular job. I find it interesting that a Prime Minister who wants people to leave at 55; himself want to reign for ever.

Article: sports minister promises jumbotron for silver jubilee stadium

Comment: I appreciate your comment Cost/Benefit Analysis. The goal of any investment should be to realize a return on investment (ROI). I understand that education is the foundation for a fertile Federation; so hopefully that will be paramount going forward.

Article: sports minister promises jumbotron for silver jubilee stadium

Comment:  I make my comments without fear or favor that is why I chose people over party. Each person should be evaluated on his or her merit. Some in Parliament are a detriment to the Federation. However, speaking from my personal experience with meeting Honorable Philip he seems to have his heart in the right place. I wish him well.

Article: no threat, only a warning...says powell

Comment: A threat is a statement of an intention to inflict pain, injury, damage, or other hostile action. Unless something else was said that was not printed in this article, there was no threat. The real threat is the financial Dougie fever that has rapidly depleted the finances of the people of the Federation because of the high cost of living.

Article: condor asked to vacate constituency office

Comment: Litigation is one of the best occupations in the Federation, so the lawyers may have to battle it out in court; to use some of Peter Jenkins words. It sounds like it was a gentleman’s agreement between the two parties, so now that the relationship has soured, the courts may have to decide how to settle commingled assets. The land belongs to one party and the structure belongs to another; St. Kitts politics is sweet like sugar.

Article: what people say about technology trends in st. kitts and nevis

Comment: Smart phones have really made it more convenient to communicate and use just one device instead of having to travel with two or three devices like years ago. The company responsible for the infrastructure to transmit all this data has already calculated a cost into the plan. Nonetheless, these devices make it easier to stay in touch.

Article: businesses may claim losses if damage is caused by roundabout construction

Comment: I wonder if all the compensations can be addressed at the same time, so that even those who are still waiting to be compensated for their damaged appliances from 1999; the sugar workers who are still waiting for the rest of their money from 2004 can be compensated at the same time.

Article: what people in the streets say about the decriminalisation of marijuana

Comment: I have not heard anyone said that alcohol has any medical benefit, but it is legal, and is even served at church events, so if marijuana has some medical benefits, then it should be made legal. The right mechanisms can be employed to ensure abuse does not take place.
