Article: harris challenges pm to table no confidence motion

Comment: Dr. Douglas has an unquenchable exuberance for power and money, and the only cure is to get him out of office. I applaud you Dr. Harris for having the intestinal fortitude and showing that you have balls for the game. Nevis got rid of their Parrysite, and Parrymonia, now St. Kitts has to get rid of their Douggie fever.

Article: update on nevis election...victory for ccm

Comment: The voters have spoken, and it is not only a time for celebrating, but for cooperating and collaborating to build a better Nevis, so let the Blue say I love you, and let the Green say count me in.

Comment: It is over for NRP. Honorable Parry committed political suicide by calling new elections. He should have learned something from Trinidad’s Patrick Manning fiasco. Anyway full or by-election NRP would have lost, and by appoint a disgraced MP as an advisor, and putting him back on the public’s payroll, Honorable Parry circumnavigated the court’s decision.

Comment: I am elated to hear that persons waiting to vote are engaging in friendly conversation. I applaud the voters in Nevis for exercising civility. Even though the voters may have diametrically opposing ideologies, they still have to live and work amongst each other, so unity in the community is paramount.

Article: washie: pm douglas exposes his inadequacy by not allowing tabling of no confidence motion

Comment: This is an excellent point. In fact, I think Jim Jones used red Kool Aid and over 1,000 people died. It is time for country above self. Honorable Sam Condor and Honorable Tim Harris should be commended for being Men of Conscience.

Comment: Ironically, while the Vote of No Confidence has been procrastinated, a No Vote today suggests that there is No Confidence by the Government that the Increase in Senators Bill 2012 will past. They are just delaying the inevitable demise of that bill. Every road has an end.

Article: ccm files for injunction against parry and daniel

Comment: These guys committed a gross impropriety, and in any other civilized society they would have been banned from holding office again. I applaud CCM; I do not back any party, but when people take wrong and try to make it right, they have to be stopped. They should not be afforded the opportunity to operate with impunity.

Article: douglas: no one to be blamed for national debt

Comment: You have been an inept Prime Minister who has mal-managed the Federation’s resources. You have pilfered and plundered the nation’s finances, now you want to deflect blame away from yourself. I guess you must be singing the song What A Fool Believe. You are 10 Tsunami in one, and you have the people Dropping, Covering, and Holding On.

Article: ccm launches candidates

Comment: The moral high road may not be politically expedient, but it is the right road to travel, and in the end people of good conscience will commend and reward you for taking that road. Staying out of the dungeons of political derogatory takes intestinal fortitude but you guys have demonstrated that you have it. All the best.
