Comment: It is time for some public officials in office to deemphasize getting attention, and focus on eradicating youth prison detention through educational retention. When we look at how our athletes have excelled in the World competition with Kim Collins winning a bronze, and the men’s relay winning a bronze, it demonstrates that positivity breeds positivity.
