Request for Proposals (RFP) for Engineering Consulting Services for Expansion of Needsmust Power Plant

The consultancy assignment is expected to span 26 months, including:

• 6 months for engineering and tender preparation

• 18 months of construction supervision

• 2 months for project finalization

Eligible consultants are invited to indicate their interest and demonstrate relevant experience, including prior supervision of hybrid or thermal power plants, as well as adequate technical and financial capacity.

Proposals must be submitted on or before April 4th, 2026, at 11:59 pm (AST) to the SKELEC Project Implementation Unit (PIU), Central Street, Basseterre, St. Kitts, or via email at piu-hybridpowerplant@skelec.kn.
