4. Subject of Procurement
The contract includes the supply and delivery of high-quality, durable fitness equipment suitable for intensive use in public spaces:
A. Indoor Cycling Exercise Bikes (2 units)
· Heavy-duty steel frame construction
· Adjustable resistance levels (magnetic/friction)
· Digital display with real-time metrics (speed, distance, time, calories, etc.)
· Fully adjustable seat and handlebars
· Minimum weight capacity of 120-150 kg.
B. Fitness Treadmills (2 units)
· Motorized treadmills with at least 2.5 HP continuous-duty motors.
· Speed ranges from 0.8 to 16 km/h or higher.
· Shock absorption systems for joint comfort.
· Adjustable inclined and workout programs.
· Foldable designs are preferred for storage efficiency.
· Minimum weight capacity of 120-150 kg.
5. Preferred Brands
Suppliers are encouraged to provide equipment from leading American and European brands, known for their commercial-grade fitness solutions. Examples include:
· American Brands: Life Fitness, Schwinn Fitness, Peloton, Nordic Track, and more.
· European Brands: Technogym (Italy), BH Fitness (Spain), Kettler (Germany), and more.
Equipment must meet international quality standards and include appropriate warranties.
Any brand from Mainland China will not be considered.
6. Tenderer Qualifications
Interested suppliers must meet the following requirements:
· Valid business registration and licenses
· Proven experience in supplying fitness equipment
· Ability to deliver within the stipulated timeframe
· Guarantee adherence to international safety and quality standards.
· Provide specifications, key features, certifications, and any additional information necessary for all proposed items.
7. Submission Guidelines:
Interested parties are invited to submit a complete quotation for the bid, including company information, detailed specifications of the items, and the duty- and tax-free price. All prices must be quoted in Eastern Caribbean Dollars (EC$) and submitted to:

Completed quotations must be submitted either in sealed envelopes or via email by 8:30AM on April 28. Late submissions will strictly not be considered.
8. Evaluation of Tenders
Bids will be evaluated based on price competitiveness, equipment quality, warranty terms, delivery timeline, and supplier reliability. The Taiwan Technical Mission reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason.
