4. Subject and Quantity of Procurement
TTM is requesting for a large-scale venue that is available on 29th November with the following specifications:
i. The Venue must be able to accommodate 300 persons
ii. The Venue must be able to provide buffet catering, wait staff, and clean up staff
iii. The Venue should have more than 10 years’ experience with large-scale events
iv. The Venue must be an indoor space with Air Conditioning
5. Requirements
Bidders must have a Business License and the operational capability to provide the necessities needed, such as a projector and screen, cordless and corded microphones, podiums, sound system, elevated stage, and enough space for a photo station with backdrop and a showcase station, etc.

7. The time limit for Receipt of Tender
Please deliver the quotation to the TTM office from 8:00 a.m. on November 04th (Tuesday) to 4:00 p.m. on November 11th (Tuesday), 2025.
8. Time for Opening Receipt of Tender
Open bidding should begin at 10:00 a.m. on November 12th (Wednesday), 2025. The tenderers or their authorized representatives are invited to the TTM office for the opening session.
