Regardless of the number of voters in a particular constituency, the candidate with the most votes will be the winner. If 100 people voted in an area, and one candidate got 51 votes, then he/she is the winner. If in another area 5,000 people voted and one candidate got 2,501 votes, then he/she is the winner. "SIZE DOES NOT MATTER". Think about it. |
