Comment: I am from england and to judge some one or label them just because of the way they dress is not good people have cultural differences that need to be respected the badness is not pants under the buttocks but more the individual persons personna and behaviour i am studying t be a youth worker in my studies i mentor youths as well its not good to label anyone in this kind of dress code as setting a bad example.When some one kills or drunk and offensive do we look at the clothes or behaviour?
