Comment: We all fall short of the glory of God and need a savior. We all need to cry to him now like Nineveh.
If you look at these verses about "No One Knows" with the correct Greek tense, the No One Knows takes a dramatic change. We need to remember the Bible was translated to English from the original text.
>Matthew 24:36 `And concerning that day and the hour no one hath known--not even the messengers of the heavens--except my Father only;
>Mark 13:33 Take heed, watch and pray, for ye have not known when the time is.
In the correct tense, both verses have a vast different meaning. No One Hath Known and Ye Have Not Known are future tense.
Some also look to this verse to say Christ did not know ->> Mark 13:32 `And concerning that day and the hour no one hath known--not even the messengers who are in the heaven, not even the Son--except the Father.
***However, in the Greek “Son” is NOT capitalized.
Also, Christ never stopped being God and all Christians know that,
>Matthew 11:27 All things are delivered unto me of my Father: and no man knoweth the Son, but the Father; neither knoweth any man the Father, save the Son, and he to whomsoever the Son will reveal him.
>John 10:30 I and the Father are one.
So what son is in view? Who else is called a son…? Satan is the son of perdition….
John 17:12 While I was with them in the world, I kept them in thy name: those that thou gavest me I have kept, and none of them is lost, but the son of perdition; that the scripture might be fulfilled.
2Thessalonians 2:3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;
May God give us all mercy and wisdom.
