Comment: This case has garnered so much regional attention because its nature is one that is unprecedented. Because of this, it seems that the AG had no certain way of advising the PM as to whether or not taking the report before Parliament would be wrong or right, afterall, the Constitution does make it the obligation of the PM to take the report before Parliament upon receiving it. How was the AG to know exactly how to advice the PM when there was never a case like this before? |
