Comment: To the 'The Law is very flexible' I don't know how you can equate money to a free conscience but if that lawyers has none then so be it.
To Mr./ Miss “no evidence,” I was there that night, and just because the police messed up that does not make what he did right nor does it mean he must be set free. So explain to Valencia’s family why he got off so easy and can go on with his life when there child is cold in a grave. Put yourself in their shoes and see if you would be comforted by the fact that someone who killed your child and got away because police messed up. I can guarantee you if you have a heart, you would not be so willing to dismiss this as a no evidence case. Think of the message this sends to the public: someone can do something wrong and once they find some way to discredit the police evidence they can get away…. And people like you think that that’s right? SAD.
It’s all in the principle, He plead not guilty to the charges, he has no remorse for what happened. He should own up to his fault that’s the first step towards moving forward. It’s very unfortunate this happened and I do believe he should be behind bars.
