Comment: Douglas when he was campaigning just before he took office in 1995 spoke about crime, he spoke about how many houses PAM people owned, how many vehicles, etc., but now, for the labour supporters it is ok for crime to be out of hand and take the blame from the Minister of National Security, it is ok for the sitting Prime Minister to buy and own more than a dozen properties during his tenure and for his ministers likewise when back then it was wrong? Now today, it is the parents who are not raising their children, and all kinds of excuses - this labour government has a plaster for every sore at first it was Pam this and Pam that - it's now gone 14 years and who are they blaming? hurricanes, recession, cost of materials, what next. Gee, a sad set of people governing our country. School call in but apparently they didn't hear the bell because they could have benefited from some serious intelligence where they are so lacking.
VAT will be implemented very shortly and again the Prime Minister is trying to fool sensible people and say it is not going to affect our pockets - please like every other Caribbean Island ask the persons there if it hasn't. He has no choice because his mismanagement and ultimate poor performance has put the country in this kind of misery. The treasury was empty back then when he was trying to get into office he preached but now how empty is it and what can we show for it. White Gate Project hasn't come into existence yet some 14 years later.
I personally won't allow anyone to fool me and so I have to do the right thing and help to vote labour out of office so they can get to school because school call in and they have so much to learn from PAM |
