Comment: Hello:
I am a university professor in the US. This is the village where I was born and educated, and I must correct your spelling. It should be Brick Kiln (two words). And just in case you are tempted to follow those from outside Brick Kiln who like to show off their expert speech by saying "Brick Klin," I should remind you that the latter part of the word is pronounced "keel", as in coal kiln, lime kiln, etc. The history of the village, they told us in classes at St James' School, is related to the production of burnt bricks in that place, hence Brick Kiln. I and fellow villagers always feel cheated when we hear announcers of the radio stations in the State saying klin instead of keel. I hope that helps.
